Shaping the decisions that define cities for generations
Localise is a strategic advisory practice working at the intersection of urban development, governance, and long-term decision-making.In an era of unprecedented urban acceleration, we embed intergenerational foresight into organisations shaping cities — building the capability to sustain social, economic and environmental legacies as local and institutional contexts evolve. We work with the public and private sectors across land use strategy, urban policy, and major infrastructure programs in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and beyond.

Localise partners with executive and practitioner teams inside live strategy development and decision-making.We equip leaders with the business case, incentives, and tools to embed intergenerational foresight into how decisions are designed, implemented, and reviewed over time. This reduces legacy risk by making trade-offs between short-term priorities and long-term outcomes explicit and governable.Engagements typically begin with foundational capacity building training tailored to organisational requirements, followed by advisory and implementation support.
